What's a good way to track

How do you keep track of your periods? I have a period app but when I back up my phone apparently my information doesn't get saved. So I really need another way to keep track. What's the easiest way for you to keep track ?

  • Well, I've always just put a little 'x' on the calendar, each day that I have my period. Simple, and can look back over months if necessary.

  • ^^ditto^^

I have a huge planning calendar and that's just one of many, many bits of information that can be found there :)

  • I've been using a period app for years and it's always held my info. It's just called Period Tracker.

  • That's what I have is period tracker and I figured when I backed up the info on my iPhone it would update the info on my app and it does not. I had to replace my iPhone and the info on my app was lost

  • I use a website. I've been using it for about 3 years. You can do a lot of other things on that site too. menstrual and fertility calendar, menstrual/ovulation calculator, etc. It even sends you reminders.
