    he is not a shark

    human baby teeth are replaced with adult teeth, but this is still a medical (dentist) situation, that something you can ignore or ask strangers on internet and it will go away with a "right" answer

    this is something a mother has to take her child in for medical care
    you DID take him to a dentist...right?

  • Probably not, but you really need to take your child to a dentist. A medical professional who can look at his teeth and mouth and treat him for his injuries. Right now. Hopefully you have done so already.
