How to fix a zipper?

this part of a metal zipper brought, came off this morning when daughter was zipping up, tried to fix, got it back on track but i could tell that metal was weak, as i could move it with just my fingers...and yup, it broke

it is zipper on my daughter's winter coat

i can replace this part only?

replacing whole zpper- assume is a pain in the ass

  • The dry cleaners will probably do it for you (entire new zipper) for under $10. That may be a lot easier than having to deal with it yourself
