Funlovin and others just a question about breaking your water?

If you were to do this, and somehow caused harm or death to your fetus, could you be charged with a crime? Any crime?
I hate putting this in Just For Fun, but don't want a deletion.

  • That would be a murder charge.

It's just like f I beat your ass and your 40 wks, the baby dies as a result I get charged with murder of a unborn child.

  • Yes, if they find it was the cause resulting of the death of the unborn... of course.

On a side note... it reminds me of Iz's double fisted captain hook dildo....

  • I want to say no (don't quote me) because the law does not see the child as a person until they're out. I've heard of women refusing C sections and the baby dies, and nothing happens to them. It goes along with the abortion debate and the baby being part of the woman's body until birth

  • Aubrey, don't worry your pretty little head over it,
So even if the carrier of the child does something wrong, as in inducing, labor with whatever, charges could be filed?
funloving I doubt I will ever be pregnant again unless it is the second coming of Christ, so please don't beat my ASS, LOL
