Sock ?

I used to change my socks 2-3 times a day, but since I've been having foot problems (it's getting better now) this past month or two I've been changing almost every couple hours. In a day, how often do you change your socks?

  • Daily, unless I work out or something.

I'm not sure why you think you have to change socks so often to begin with?

  • What type foot problem requires you to change socks that often? I wear slippers without socks at home. When I go out I put on socks. When I get home I take them off. One pair socks per day is max.

  • I go barefoot most of the time, or wear slippers when I'm at home. When I do wear socks, I only change them once a day.

  • As I said in the post, Ginger, I'm having foot problems, so right now my feet are extremely sensitive to everything.

Auntie V, to sum up my feet have improved since I got my new insoles. The last problem that is lingering is the plantar fasciitis in the heel.

  • I keep changing the socks to help my feet feel more comfortable throughout the day. The sweat makes the socks and therefore my feet cold and I don't like that.

  • I wear slippers in the morning, tights or nylons all day at work, then socks at home at night. so I guess I have three things on my feet throughout the day, but only one pair of socks...

  • I only put fresh ones on after a shower.

  • Why would plantar fasciitis make your feet sweaty? Are you having hormonal issues as well? Are you wearing non cotton socks? Are you wearing unventilated shoes?

  • Butterfly, they're two separate issues and no, I don't have something hormonal going on. Some are cotton and a few are wool. Shoes are sneakers.

  • It's not normal to have your feet sweat like that. Do you have hyperhidrosis?
I only need to change mine once a day
