  • I think I got my 1st at 10. But, no I personally wouldn't perm by DD's hair at 9.

  • You shouldn't do anything that chemically changes her hair until he hits puberty at the very least! Jmo but as a hair dresser 1 I wouldn't do it to my own daughter at that age and 2 I would refuse someone who brought a 9 yr old to me and aske for a perm. It's to young and it very damaging to your hair. Not to mention some ppl refer to a perm but mean a relaxer and they could seriously burn ur dd chemically!
