  • She doesn't really need anything else. At that age I would give her some small things to open, but she will not remember it at all. I wouldn't go all out. Hell wrap up some diapers and baby wipes. You will use those and she will have a great time opening the packages.

  • You could always just wrap something that she currently has, or donate a bunch of her toys that are no longer age appropriate or are broken. I always purge toys before birthdays and gifting holidays.

  • get her stuff she will need later. Larger sized clothing, toys slightly out of her developmental stage, movies she might like when she is older...

Seriously though on the toys. My DD had ALL these toys because he BD is 2 days after Christmas. Well then we hit about August and BAM she had no toys for her developmental stage. I had to go out and buy her new stuff because we didn't really plan ahead at Christmas/Birthday.

  • Bocks or learning DVDs. Personally I would give a savings bond. She will not know the difference You could do it each year, at least for a while and as she is a little aware give her a small gift to open with it, like playdough or a pack of stickers.
