Would you allow your kid that was between 8 and 12, to smoke?

I saw the damnedest thing at the convenience store. In the backseat of the car next to ours,a kid that couldn't have been any older than 12,lit up a cigarette, and puffed away. He was short enough that he still required a booster seat(but wasn't in one) His head barely reached the height of the window,so he was probably closer to 8.
His parents were right there in the car with him
W...T...H??

  • Not a chance....I wouldn't "let" my teens smoke either. If they did it they were breaking my rules...if I found out, consequences.

CPS was informed, but how do you prove that?
