  • Chicken soup!!

They actually did a study and it has been shown to really help those who are sick, so I highly recommend it. I know it makes me feel better and I eat the Campbell's or Progresso (love this one) when I am sick and I feel better.

Hope your friend and the kids feel better soon.

  • I think chicken noodle or chicken a dumpling soup is the best thing to bring when people are sick or recovering.
