  • Highs and lows personally would have to do with my health. Low would be when I was getting on the fibromyalgia meds and I couldn't remember at various points to save my life what went in my daughter's lunchbox or what my phone number was, how to tell time or how to make mac and cheese. High was stabilizing on the meds and being nearly pain free after many years.

  • DD's wedding and the birth of my third grandchild.

DH had to go in to have his batteries replaced. I never like being in the hospital for this kind of thing.

  • Low- the confirmation (after 17 years) of my mom's skin cancer and her resistance to getting any help whatsoever.

High- spending Thanksgiving with her and my whole family. After multiple surgeries to remove many tumors, and struggles all year with her health, she insisted on making dinner herself. She is cancer free after radiation in the fall. She goes back in a couple months to make sure she is still cancer free.
