How do I get crayon off those plastic kid tables?

my toddler drew all over her plastic table, how do i get the crayon out?

  • Brilo pads or a Scotch Brite scrubber sorta thing. Worked for my paneling... Tooo many times : )

  • Haha, I was about to say "Did you try a magic eraser?"

    You can also use Ajax (the cheap powder stuff) with a warm washcloth and it will work wonders as well. Just make sure you wipe it down really good; I'm sure that stuff can't be good for kids.

  • Another vote for Magic Eraser! We had a plastic table with crayon on it from when my older one was little. I thought I had tried everything possible and it was still there, then I tried a Magic Eraser and it came right off. It was like *MAGIC*!

  • i used a little bid of oil and just wipe it off then just washed off with bleach and some soap it work for me

  • I just saw on TV a woman use hairspray to get crayon off a wall. Just spray, scrub and it's gone!

    You can't do it on wallpaper though, only paint.

    Maybe it would work on that plastic, maybe not. Worth a try if you don't have a magic eraser (which i do love) around.
