What exercise equipments do you have at home?

I only have a Air Climber". I'm starting to use it. I'm considering something my sin hubby and I can use. What do you recommend. My son does pushups and lifts small weights.

  • Elliptical machine I bought off craigslist. It burns about 700 calories an hour so it's totally worth it to me. The only other machine I know of that burns more is the climber. That thing is brutal!

  • free weights and resistent bands and walking shoes. My physical therapist says absolutely not for the air climber. He says the damage it does to your joints isn't worth it. He says keep it simple. He's never been wrong before.
