  • Is there an 800 # on the package? Maybe you could call and ask them. Or your doc. Not sure. Isn't that stuff nasty?? LOL

  • Yeah, it doesn't have any weight loss drugs in it. It has lots of vitamins, but make sure you eat a very healthy and hearty dinner in order to get the proper number of calories. Breastfeeding moms need a little more calories than normal, but it definitely won't hurt baby.

  • It should not be used as a meal replacement while breastfeeding.

  • It has appetite suppressants and my pediatrician said women shouldn't drink it (he was complaining about the mother of the last patient he saw before us-he's a family friend and he didn't name names). Plus you shouldn't be dieting while nursing. If you want to lose weight exercise or use formula.

  • Yeah, you can. But it's not the optimal weight loss plan. Check out weight watchers instead.

  • I drink it as my breakfast. And then eat special k for lunch and a great dinner. The special k and slimfast have lots of protein and vitamins...they are fine

  • You can, but I agree with gdiamante. It's not such a great way to lose weight you want to keep off.
