When I say sausage, biscuts and gravy what do you think I mean??

My hubby says I say it wrong that I should say sausage gravy and biscuits.
I dont' know what the big deal is he knows when I say we are having sausage biscuits and gravy he knows it;s sausage , biscuits and gravy .

Sorry I am bored.........LOL

  • my mom makes biscuits with sausage in them that you put gravy thats what i think of when you say it like that.

  • sausage gravy, and sausage AND gravy are two different things LOL The way you say it I think of a biscuit, some gravy, and a sausage link. The way he says it I think of a biscuit covered in sausage gravy

  • sausage, biscuits and gravy implies whole pieces of sausage with biscuits with gravy on them.

    sausage gravy and biscuits implies gravy with bits of sausage in it on the the biscuits.

  • My first thought was biscuits covered in gravy . After reading it again I thought sausage with biscuits and gravy on the side.

  • Ok, I thought it was 3 separate things: like sausage patties or something and then biscuits and gravy.

    Either way I knew there would be all three on the table in some shape or form.
