Airplane flight with a baby

My 5 month old daughter and I are going to visit my family in another state at the beginning of next month. I've never flown with a baby before so I have no idea how it works. I'll be taking a suitcase ( I'll check that in when I arrive), a duffel bag , and a car seat with a snap and go stroller. I was wondering what do I do with the car seat and the stroller ? Will the check it in with my suitcase ? Do I take it on the plane ? I have no idea ! lol Anyone know how this works ? Thanks !!

  • you do gate check for the stroller and carseat just use it until you are on the plane, then give it to the flight attendant, it'll be waiting at the gate for you when you land.
