  • It is basically like the morning after pill. It's kind of like a double strength birth control pill. I took it once and it made me start my period right away so that way if there was a sperm headed up there...it would get flushed out.

  • yea it's just like the morning after pill. 5 weeks after I gave birth my husband and I had sex. I got scared so I went and bought plan b and took it. You have to take it within 72 hours of having sex or it won't work. If you are already pregnant, it won't work either. I got mine at Walmart and you have to ask the pharmacist for it. Pretty pricey, it was $50.

  • HOw safe is this plan B pill, any deaths occur for anyone that has used it. I have seen the commercial and was wondering, what kind of side affects? Does is cause heavy or painful period ?

  • Happy, If you just had a baby a month ago (4 weeks?) you should wait for any naughty behavior. Your body just went through a great trauma. Take a couple more weeks off. If you just have to get frisky then condoms. . . no prescription needed
