  • Formula/breast milk is still very important, though is is probably drinking less, am I right?

poached/grilled chicken (cut into tiny bits)
    bits of whole wheat rolls
    steamed veggies
chunk of non-citrus fruits (no strawberries either)
diluted juice (if your ped ok's it)
mashed potatoes (hold the salt and butter)
Gerber Graduates snacks-there are a lot of neat snacks!!

that's all i can think if right now

  • It depends on your baby. My son is 9months old and we make all his food. We bake his chicken and add some seasonings like rosemary or basil, no salt of course. And all types of fruits, apples with cinnamon and stuff like that.
Just basic stuff. And all the vegies from potatoes, to a little spinach and brocoli every once in a while.

wholesomebabyfood.com has a lot of good stuff on it. That's were I get most of my ideas and what to give my son at what stage

  • Just think about what you would eat if you were a health nut with no teeth...

    steamed veggies
    soft fruits
not pureed just cut up mush finger food
