Formula/breast milk is still very important, though is is probably drinking less, am I right?
poached/grilled chicken (cut into tiny bits)
bits of whole wheat rolls
chunk of non-citrus fruits (no strawberries either)
diluted juice (if your ped ok's it)
mashed potatoes (hold the salt and butter)

It depends on your baby. My son is 9months old and we make all his food. We bake his chicken and add some seasonings like rosemary or basil, no salt of course. And all types of fruits, apples with cinnamon and stuff like that.
Just basic stuff. And all the vegies from potatoes, to a little spinach and brocoli every once in a while.
