Ibuprofen while breastfeeding>

I think I have a spider bite on my knee (which is why I need the Ibuprofen) and it hurts like hell. But I'm breastfeeding (3 month old), and I know while I was pregnant I couldn't take anything except for Tylenol...so does that still apply during breastfeeding? Also if anyone knows anything that will heal a spider bite, please let me know!!! TIA.
