  • Light snacking always helped me. Saltine crackers and hard candies (like lemon drops or peppermint discs, for example) traveled with me everywhere.

  • tums , dry bread toast crackers goldfish or something like a jolly rancher apparently the litle bit of sugar helps

  • my friend just hafd a baby and she was very sick she went to the doctors and they gave her some medicine that helped with nausea.its always worth a shot

  • During pregnancy? Vitamin B and things containing Ginger (like ginger snaps).

  • Make sure you never let your stomach get fully empty. Also peppermint, ginger, and dry crackers help a lot. Weak tea as well.

  • Ginger helps, I used to make a milkshake every morning, its all I could stomach, just plain vanilla icecream, milk, and some ginger syrup (I got it at Whole Foods) and just put it all in a tall glass and mush and mix, its really good and it soothed my tummy.

    Also, you could try some homeopathic motion sickness pills( I also got them at Whole foods) and you just put them under your tongue and let them disolve and I would take a couple before even getting out of bed, helped me a lot
