Okay. I know it's in our mind set that to lose weight you need to eat less and workout. BUT your body needs a specific amount of calories, fat, carbs, proteins to get through the day and to survive. If you don't get enough your body won't lose fat but hold onto it. It's called STARVATION MODE. If you don't eat enough your body will hold on to your excess fat thinking it NEEDS it in order to survive! Have an egg for breakfast but add some healthy whole grains like a Thomas's LIGHT whole grain english muffin AND a piece of fruit. An egg is simply not enough. Cottage Cheese is also NOT enough, mix some fruit in with it and have a salad. Add some protein like grilled chicken, salmon or shrimp to the salad. And then a sensible dinner would be more grilled protein like lean meat, chicken or fish, steamed veggies and a serving of brown rice or a baked sweet potato. AND on top of that you NEED one or two snacks during....
