I live in Pac NW. I am not sure what I can start now to transplant later.
Any websites and advice welcome.
I'm in your neck of the woods and I don't plan on starting anything until late march or early april with the hopes of transplanting in around Mothers Day. It really all depends on where you live and the type of soil you plan on using. I've had great luck with Walla Walla Sweet onions, broccolli, zuchinni, cucumber, green beans (Kentucky Blue I think they're called) and lettuce. No luck with tomatoes though (except cherry Sweet 100's). There's a book that I found at the library called 200 Tips for Vegetables in the Pacific Northwest By Maggie Stuckey and it was extremely helpful when I planted my first garden 7 years ago. I highly reccomend looking for it.
