  • I would have to get quotes from local bakeries and compare. For example........This cake could be $300 in DC and maybe $50 in a rural TX community. It all depends on what the local economy is.

  • As silverbuttons said. Location matters. Here that cake would sell for about $45. In the major towns near us I know it'd sell for at least $150 - $200.

  • I would have to educate myself on other places in my city/town that make cakes. See how much they would charge for making a cake like that.
    But if I was just going going to throw out a number. I would add up the price of the ingredients + time to make it+ the intricate details involved in making the cake would equal $200-$400.

  • I seen a picture of a cake that Sam's makes. It was fancy like that one for about $50 here
