Center City Philadelphia travel?

Hi we have to begin our trips into Center City Philadelphia hospitals district from from south eastern Pennsylvania. anyone know anything about these roads in this post? Thanks for any thoughts.

To the right of Center City Philadelphia are highway 95 and separately also highway Christopher Columbus Boulevard.

To get back and forth to Center City Philadelphia hospitals' district does

anyone know if the streets Market Street, Chestnut Street, Walnut Street and or Spruce Street have ramps to leave and enter either of highways 95 and or Christopher Columbus Boulevard?

The hospitals' directions only say Vine Street Highway 676 and work way south into Center.

American Automobile Association recommends only Vine Street Highway 676 then working south also.

My family member feels the best on most direct routes because of their health that needs medical care in Center City Philadelphia. I can't find anyplace that says if Market Street, Chestnut Street, Walnut Street, Spruce Street have any on off ramps connecting with either or both highway 95 and highway Christopher Columbus Boulevard which are to the right of Center City Philadelphia.
