Majority of those posting do so anonymously?

Why do the majority of those asking questions do so anonymously?
Okay, some may have some type of sensitive question and they do not want any one else to know it is them, I get that. But overall, I see more people posting anonymously than any thing else.

  • I don't see "more" people posing anon. I think most people actually post with their screen names. But it definitely depends on the topic. If its controversial like race, Obama, bf/formula or embarassing like sex people tend to post anon. Unless they are totally proud and don't care if they get hate messages. :)

  • A certain amount of anonymity is a brief indulgence for some of us, no something you get often in life.

  • See what happens when you stalk me Aubes. lol

    I was just curious.

I suppose I can see that some may be able to really say what they want under the anonymous umbrella.

I don't know, it just seems pointless to me. However, I suppose I can see it in some cases. If someone twit is racist she wouldn't want someone to know who she is, etc.
