how can i make baby food at home enstead of buyin it i want to home make it

  • You can take any fresh vegetable, or hard fruit, boil them, and puree them. bananas, peaches, things like that, just dice and puree.

  • mash up what you eat. in all honesty. things don't need to be bland and gross. soft fruits like bananas and avacado don't even need to be pureed, just mashed. sweet potatoes work well too bake/boil then mash them up. :)

  • If you buy a magic bullet (they are awesome for everything) it comes with a recipie book in it for drinks, food, and baby food! They are a little pricey but they are worth it! I use it to mash up table food for my daughter that she can eat, but not blend them all together like a food processor.

  • Cuisinart has some recipes for baby food. the Magic Bullet is great for small amounts but a regular blender works just fine for larger amounts. I made larger batches and froze the extra. Ice cubes trays are a good way to freeze baby food and then use zipper bags after it's frozen.
