What would help with baby acne?

  • just let it alone, make sure to wash area with water only and dry it by patting. There is nothing to put on it as it will burn her skin.

  • Make sure she's clean and it goes away on its own...usually by a couple months I guess . I can't remember.

  • it goes away on its own..just wash it when you give your baby baths

  • Make sure it's acne and not an allergic reaction to soap. My son is allergic to Johnsons. I stopped using it (went to Cetaphil or Dove) and he cleared right up.
