  • The short answer is we haven't learned to love ourselves first. You can't really love anyone else until you love yourself. Our society has become more about work values and money and lost family values so we lost touch of how to actually maintain a relationship. Everything in today's society is easy to obtain (Walmarts everywhere - convenience - that type of easy) so we forget that relationships are actually difficult to maintain and keep.
