hey moms ok im a young mom in high school im 16 fix-n to b 17 and i wnt to kno how to lose weight quick any ideas?

  • Ashley I wouldn't take any pills. You awant to be thin, but for the sake of your baby you need to be healthy. I don't think any pills are the answer. Set a realistic goal and stick to it and find ways to exercise with your baby. go for a walk. try to walk run walk run. Just a few sec of running will burn calories fast. eat alot of fruits and veggies. When making a salad make sure the dressing is light or fat free. avoid fast food. water, whole grains lean meats like chicken (not fried), fish, or lunch meat ham that is low fat. Find a friend to work out with if you can and do something active almost everyday.

  • Smaller portions of what you eat. No snacking on junk foods between meals- a piece of fresh fruit, raw vegetable sticks, a glass of milk. No white bread, white rice, pasta. (whole grain only.) Nothing to eat after supper. Only a very tiny portion, a taste, of dessert so that you don't feel deprived. Drink plenty of water. Get more exercise. Walk a couple miles every day. Walk up the steps instead of taking the elevator, get off the bus a block before your destination and walk, watch an exercise program on TV and exercise along with it.
