Do you have any suggestions for more energy?

I need to finish cleaning my house (I'm also 34 wks pregnant) and I need energy without loads of caffiene...any suggestions??

  • When I am exhausted (I'm 39 weeks right now) but I need to get things done, I turn off the tv, and turn on some loud, energetic music on the stereo. That way I can hear it as I'm working around the house, and it keeps me entertained and not sleepy.

  • Emergen-C and vitamin B's can help :) Also music! I clean and dance around with Becka, it's fun.

  • Just start. Once you get going, you can get alot done.
    It takes me a while to get up and do something, but once I start I can keep going for afew hours.
