You're better off saving your money! These "diets in a bottle" are only effective when used in conjunction with a healthy diet and exercise! Just eating right and exercising you WILL lose weight! IF you want a healthy diet program, I wholeheartedly recommend The South Beach Diet! My doctor recommended it, and I swear, I lost more weight, without even trying that hard than any other diet plan!
ON South Beach you'll learn how to eat small healthy meals, that will actually give you energy and you will NOT be hungry! The first 2 weeks are of course the hardest, but if you can persevere through, you'll be very happy with the results! :o)
