What is a great work out video to exercise to?

I am a sahm to three so when the kids are napping I would like to work out...probably something with dancing.

  • I like the Dancing with the Stars exercise video. It's fun, and if the kids are up, they'd even like joining in.

  • I Love all the Biggest Loser workout videos and I'm starting to use Jillian Michaels specific workouts as well, those are killer!

  • Hey check out this web page beachbodycoach.com/timetobfit. you will find some dance workout, and all sorts of others. Please let me know if i can help you in anyway find something that would suit you. There's yoga booty balet, hip hop abs, a 10 min. trainer, turbo jam etc.

  • Another Leslie Sansone, Walk Away the Pounds fan here. Easy to do even when the kids are awake. Mine love it and ask for me to turn on my marching video. :)
