You don't say what you're already giving so forgive any idea that isn't new to you:
hummus on tortillas or bread
tiny dried fruit like blueberries with cheddar cubes (cut tiny!)
whole wheat bread with real butter (try it toasted and plain)
Larabar (you can find this in the organic section of Fred Meyer or online) Cut into tiny bites.
banana (can be constipating, so only give small amounts)
raw unroasted sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds
rice cakes (again, this can be constipating.)
baby corn and cold peas with a natural creamy dressing
