When is it ok to start to exercise after having baby?

I mean like working out your stomache.

  • 6 weeks, unless you had a c- section, then ask your doctor. =)

  • I never stopped working out my entire pregnancy and I only waited 2 weeks after having him to get started again...and that was delayed only because I also had kidney stones and needed lithotripsy to help flush them out!
