  • That used to happen towards the end of my pregnancy. I would eat a snack bcuz she would usually move when i ate, or wet my hand with cold water and put it on my stomach. The baby is able to feel the temperature and since its cold itll wake up the baby or something.

  • You can do a non-stress test at home. Have a snack and a drink and lay down on your side in a quiet room. Count movements, to ten, for an hour. If you hit ten, you're golden don't think a bit more.
If you don't, no big, just call you OB, and see if they want you to modify the test or head in for a quick check.

This is normal toward the end and is really scary.

  • i'm only 26 weeks and i haven't felt my lil girl in a few hours...
    she's usually pretty active,
    so i'm a lil worried.
i'm gonna go lay down and see if that helps.
if not, i'm calling my dr.
