  • Mine is definately an indoor dog. We got him from a shelter. He's spoiled rotten, but I love him!

  • My little girl goes in and out. But she stays off the carpet and mostly in her bed. Then back out for sun. She also has a lot of baths!

  • INSIDE...I don't think dogs should ever be left outside all the time....people that do that just shouldn't bother getting a dog. Mine go in and out but NEVER left outside.

  • I have an Amstaff Show Kennel. All of the dogs spend the nights inside when it's cold, and the days inside when it's hot. They are not allowed run of the house when inside lest they tear the place up. They stay in their own room in crates. They come running in and jump right into their crates. So obviously they like being there.

I only have one old retired National Champion girl that actually lives inside and keeps my son company because she's mellow. The rest will be placed into pet homes once they retire. But, being raised from birth to the Show Kennel lifestyle, they are completely happy now. They can't miss what they never had. They are not like humans who envy what others have just by seeing it.

  • Mine are inside, I have an English Mastiff and a Great Dane. There would be no reason for me to keep them outside, I can take care of them and train them properly. Those that have their dogs outside must not know much about how a dog needs a family/pack to be stable! Or they are too lazy to train a dog to be a good house dog, I dont' care who reads this and has an outdoor dog. I can understand kennels but not someone who has a dog or 2 for (family) pets, how stupid!
