You want an extremely easy ( but tasty) Crockpot version?
4-6 Chicken breasts ( boneless, skinless)
2 tbs. butter
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 onion ~ finely diced
can of veg all ( if desired)
spices~ poultry seasoning, parsely, salt and pepper, cumin ( your choice)
1 can of Chicken broth
2 ( 10 oz) pks (refridgerated~ like pillsbury) biscuits dough ( torn into pieces)
Lightly spray cooker. Place chicken, butter , veg all, cream of chicken soup and onion in slow cooker. fill with enough Chicken broth to cover ( about a can or less)
cover.. cook on high for 5-6 hrs. about 30 minutes before "times up" open biscuits, tear into small pieces and place in crockpot over chicken mixture. Cook until dough is "done"
