Are children who act in rated 'R' movies allowed to see them?

  • I dont think it would be okay for those children to see the movie. But it also depends on the age of the child as well as the individual childs personality/maturity.

  • Depends on their Mommy's "house rules". At my house, I wouldn't let my kids see "R"-rated movies until I saw them first and decided if it was ok. It hasn't been too many years that they didn't have PG-13 ratings; a movie was either PG or R. Remember Forrest Gump? It was rated R when it was released because that was before PG-13, but I let my kids see it after I watched it.
