  • I followed the doctor's schedule for vaccinations. they seemed to be spaced out as it was. However, if you are truly concerned why not ask your doc the reasoning behind which vax's are given when and his informed medical opinion on whether it might be better to split them up further.

  • I always follow the schedule the doctor puts forth. I do ask them if there are any they dont need right then. Sometimes the doctor says we can go without one awhile so I do put it off. Otherwise though I do what the dr advises. I figure they went to college to know what theyre doing.

  • I can't believe you have to worry about bashing for vaccinating your children. Vacinations are good. In fact, they have found that some babies that aren't vaccinated are developing diseases that have been entirely wiped out, until mother's started playing GOD.... Now here is the dealeo.. I don't want my child around children who haven't been vaccinated... I don't want them catching their diseases... Eww.... I think non vaccinated babies should not be allowed in school.. and I don't care about bashing. Keep you diseases at home guys!!!

  • i looked up an immunization chart (bc our record is in the car and car is w/ daddy lol) just to see if shes getting one at her 2mth apt ... it looks like theres like 4 or 5 due ... 50% of my wants to space it out ... 50% wants to just go w/ wat the dr says (like gemgem said) ... my 4 y/o got all his shots on time and hes perfect , absolutly normal!! ... so im not so so worried about any negative effects

  • Im with you there. I dont think children who arent vaccinated should be allowed in public school. If they are a health risk then they shouldnt be allowed. Plain and simple.

  • Talk with your doctor about which vac. she will be getting. Tell him your concerns and ask what your options are. Vacs. are needed in my opinion, but to many could be bad too. I think spacing is a good idea.

  • I got my children's shots all at the same time-I felt it would be easier on them instead of spacing them out JMO.

However, my Doctor actually did give me the choice and asked me if I would like to space them out so I don't think it's uncommon to "space them out" by any means. Just let your Dr. know and I'm sure he/she will work with you.
