  • I wasn't dialated at all- (but I had no cervix either) I lost mine about a week before I went into labor

  • You don't have to be dialated or effaced to loose your plug. I lost mine while I wasn't and then went into labor a few days later. It can be a sign that labor is coming, but it couple also be weeks. Hang in there!

  • I lost mine more than 3 weeks ago and was not dilated at all. I'm having this baby tomorrow, and I'm 3cm now. You don't have to be dilated at all to lose your mucus plug. In fact if you lose it too early it is likely that it can even grow back.
