A farmer and his hired help were carrying grain to the barn. The farmer carried one sack of grain and the hired help carried two sacks. Who carried the heavier load and why?

    One sack full of grain is heavier than two empty sacks.

  • The farmer because he had sacks of grain and the helper just carried sacks. It does not say the helper has sacks with grain:)
