What does your little one have for breakfast?

I want to give my daughter something healthy, but I can't think of anything. Maybe becaue I'm not a big breakfast person myself..Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks =]

Btw, she doesn't like Cheerios or Eggs..

She is 15 months old.

  • We do alot of fruit and yogurt in our house. Or they eat eggs, my youngest didn't like eggs until I started making her cheese omelets, she loves them now. They always have milk, sometimes they will eat cereal but not often and grilled cheese is a big hit.

  • Breakfast can be anything you want, even left over dinner from the night before.

Our son eats: eggs scrambled with cheese and spinach
    cinnamon raisin toast with butter
    banana, blueberries, cherries
    whole wheat toast with jelly

  • Good suggestions above. Always try to add some fruit to what ever you are making.
example- PB toast topped with banana slices (or any soft fruit)
    blue berry pancakes (strawberry, banana)
Raisins or cooked apple pieces to oatmeal
you can even give banana slices with a little drizzle of maple syrup and a slice of toast
Baby Yo yogurt with added pear pieces (crushed peaches, watermelon, strawberries, raspberries)

Sit down and have a cup of coffee with your little one while she eats and you'll find yourself eating a little breakfast too.
