I just put a crockpot on with a roast. I put it on high for 8 hours. What do you think? The roast weighed 3.37 lbs.

  • Def put it on low or it will be dry. Also let it rest for about 15 minutes before slicing it to let the juices redistribute throughout the meat.

  • Yes definitely low for 8 hours, you could cook it on high for 4-5 hours but it will not be as tender or juicy. I love doing crockpot roasts (beef and pork) yum! Sounds good, I think I'll do that for dinner tomorrow.
