Then perhaps you should post their job listings for us, since there are so many people here looking for work

  • You are right that many small business have had lay offs, shut down, or stopped hiring, frozen salaries or reduced benefits DUE to higher taxes and anticipation/fear of the Obama future. I personally know 3 busines that have had to close, and several that have reduced personel overhead in various ways (not to mention the large companies w/ layoffs as well)

Attorneys offices, summer camps, daycares, computer service companies, and mom and pop retail stores have all closed, reduced employees or reduced emtployee benefits here. Non essential industries to do with weddings, and travel angencies too.

However, mustbegrace, you're not getting your *our* points accross effecively by posting the same thing over and over - honestly, if someone is a brainwashed liberal they aren't going to be changed by blog postings but their OWN investigations or influence of someone in their personal lives whose opinion they value.

  • I don't think we can stop it until the economy straightens out and that is not anywhere in the near future. We are in tough times and it seems very unfair to blame the "small business owner" who is barely able to keep his head above water right now. Much of the help is going to come in the form of people learning to live within their means, the government not bailing everyone out and having to pull ourselves up out of the wreckage.

  • Forever, I dont think she's blaming the small business owner, but the government for stiffling the small business owner.

  • JackalsWife,

Why don't you just answer the question if you can and if you dislike"spam", go someplace else.

  • notpanicking are you looking for work? then get out there and look for one cause this is not a job board. mustbegrace are you cronically depressed? cause you sound so hateful and bitter and like someone who is in great need of psychological help, please get some. Happy people are usually not as hateful and bitter as the 2 of you.
