My 3yr old wants to eat every 2-3 hours is that o.k? She eat everything she ask for.

  • yes, toddlers are extremely active so they burn their food quicker then us adult. as long as it not sugary stuff all the time its okay

  • Yup - just keep it healthy - fruits, vegetables, whole grains, water, cheese/yogurt, nuts. Avoid/minimize processed snack foods like goldfish and stuff like that.

  • I wish mines would eat. Some days he has a hearty appetite then he would go 2 days just grazing.

  • that sounds about right to fit in 3 meals and 2 snacks every day. completely normal.

    make sure she's eating healthy stuff and you're good to go!
