Did your second pregnancy last longer than your first?

Just wondering. I'm in my second pregnancy now and further along than I was when I gave birth with my first pregnancy. I didn't know if it was a norm or if it just varied or what?

  • My first doesn't count because I was induced. With my second and third I went about 10 days past my due date. WIth my 5th I went 11 days overdue. I'm currently 12 days past my due date. It seems like I go longer each time.

  • It varies for everyone. I had my son at 40+6 and I hope this baby is close to that... I need a little more time.

  • I'm 26.5 weeks pregnant with my second and I really hope my body goes into labor on it's own at 39 weeks so I can try for my VBAC.
