What is the least calories that I should have per day?

I read that the key to weight loss is how many calories you take in a day?

  • Yep, gemgem is right. Go to http://www.mypyramid.gov and enter your info to find out. If you eat too few calories, your body will go into stravation mode and you will start to lose muscle weight instead of fat weight.

  • well depends on your wieght, i think for me its 2,500 calories and im 140

  • i think its online if you type it in, like, "calorie chart" or "wieght and calorie chart"
