If your teeth weren't straight, would you get braces at 22?

Mine aren't straight, I've always wanted nice straight teeth but is being a Mom and having braces at 22 weird or worth it?

  • I'd say worth it completely. I had braces at 11-14, and I would do it all over again just to have beautiful teeth and an awesome smile! I love my teeth! I say if you can afford having braces then go for it! My OB has braces and he's over 40 years old!! I don't think your ever to old for them!

  • Get them! You're never too old to try to look your best.

I see them on older women all the time. (40+)

  • I worked with a lady that had the old-fashioned "metal-mouth" braces, and she was 40+ years old, and I also had a manicurist who was mid-20's and got those Invisalign braces. If I needed them, and could afford it, I'd do it.

  • Yes. I think teeth are very important so I would do it. I think nice teeth make a nice first impression.
