  • I take tums, and stay away from food and drinks with a lot of acid in them... If it's severe I would take zantac.

  • i heard try pepperments... not sure how it works.
    try going to the doc. nexium is good my hubby is on it

  • I take zantac. But you should make sure that reflux is what you have and whether it needs medical treatment.

  • I had an ulcer about 10 years ago and my doctor prescribed me a medication called Axid. I'm not sure if it's still around but it works so great. I was still in high school when I had my ulcer and it was the only medication that worked for me. It helped keep the acid down and it healed my ulcer within 6 months. Ask your doctor if they still make it.
