Do you think that children under 18 that commit a serious crime should charged as an adult?

An 11 year old shot his fathers pregnant girlfriend in the back of the head.

  • Probably not an 11yo. ...but it also depends on the circumstances. ...almost anyone over the age of 16 should be tried as an adult.

  • I don't know, it depends on the crime on one hand, but on the other hand, the parents are the IDIOTS who left a gun handy for an 11 year old to get to along with the bullets if it wasn't sitting there loaded. So it depends on the whole circumstances of the crime, but then I think he should be in a juvenile facility getting severe counseling and an undetermined sentence based on if he can be released at 18 or 21 as a productive member of society or not.
