my little girl *edit*

she did sleep in her bed but she was in the hospital last week and they wouldnt bring us a crib.... well we ended up having to hold her. now she thinks we have to hold her or shes not going to sleep.... i lay her in her bed... she either starts screamin or she automatically wakes up and starts screaming.... do i just let her cry it out? i know its nothing else--- she has a clean bottom and a full tummy and its only when i lay her in her bed....what do i do?

  • She might be scared. Hospitals are a scary place. you dont know how she's feeling. If she is under 10 months to a year old you need to pick that baby up.

Read "The Happiest Baby on the Block" or "The No Cry Sleep Solution" ..you can both of those on amazon for like 10 bucks or less if you buy them used in good condition.

  • you can totally let her cry it out! Lay her down, give her ten mintues, if shes still crying go in and rub her back to calm her down, stay no more then 5 minutes and dont pick her up, then leave, and give it another ten minutes. she'll get the hang of it again! You're not doing damage by letting her cry, youre teaching her independece and how to self soothe, so dont worry about it! just try that system. i know it works great with my daughter!
